So this month sees our company move into Enedwaith.
The content here is the same level as Mirkwood and should pose no problem to us regarding landscape stuff we come across. People should feel free to be tackling this stuff if you havent been already.
Epic wise we shall move out of Rivendell next week and south into Enedwaith. Book2 Ch4.
There is little to no content involving the group so probably not much reason to hang about but I would expect by the end of the month at the latest we would be at Thrors Coomb and have done Book 3 Finale. So people should plan Enedwaith landscape accordingly.
I just mention this so we dont run into the situation we did in Mirkwood were I assumed people had done most of the landscape stuff but in actual fact preferred to run it alongside Epic stuff.

We have Ost Dunhoth available at 65 but that is scalable so will leave the timings of that and the ITA stuff to Siggar to address.

Regarding level raises.
We could be done with level 65 stuff by the end of November, but given our slower nature, I would imagine we use December as a time to tackle the ITA stuff at level 65 with a level raise in January and onwards to Galtrev.
Lets see where we are at the end of this month.

It's worth noting that half of DĂșnland (up to and including Dunbog, level 70 quests) + the first area in Great River (Thinglad, level 70) is accessible at level 65 for those that wish to quest again 5 levels below.

Yours Best ;)

Hm, are we doing first 3 chapters of this book solo? As I remember Sig asked not to start new book alone

irc Sig asked Volume 3 not to begin until we had finished Mirkwood.
Last week 24th October we decided to move forward with Epic from Book 2 Ch.4 as that is when the company moves South. So that is something we are doing as a group next week 7th November. The next grouping in that part of the book is the end of Book 3. Which I have said I reckon we should be at by the end of the month. There are 4 Tuesdays between then and now so if you have a preference of what we do then please... Im all ears.

If you would prefer we group up to travel all around Eriador then post an event for it Hunfri. Its open to everyone.

I just need to understand what I have to do before next event - all Volume III, Book 1: Oath of the Rangers with last Skirmish and first 3 chapters of Volume III: Book 2: Ride of the Grey
That's a lot as I see, because I haven't yet started this, because as I understand this week was to finish all Mirkwood content

Sorry if I wasnt clear Hunfri.
Like I said previously, my post was to inform of our intentions so as to prevent a rush through the Epic whilst people were in areas doing landscape.

If people would prefer to do the taxi-ing around Eriador next week so that the next week we can do the journey south then Im all for that. Perhaps finishing with the Rift skirmish.

*awaits a post from someone who is at bk2.4*

Volume III's Book 1 isn't very time consuming.
It's mostly dialogues as you deliver the message to the 8 rangers, some will have you do some minor stuff but is more story- than action-driven.
Most quest will give you the option of getting a map to the next ranger (or his vicinity) as a quest reward so can be done effectively even without a "taxi".

EDIT: Some instances within the Epic might take a bit of time, actually - not a big deal but a tad bit longer than I remembered.

Yours Best ;)

SPECIAL OFFER!!!

Enedwaith is "Ver. 2.0" of Reputation-grind (remember the Lossoth...?) to those that like to achive Kindred. There will be a lot more of these in various areas as we travel forward (particularly East Rohan and pretty much everything from Central Gondor onwards).
Running dailies umpteen times can be tedious and boring but fret not! I have managed to ruin a mouse clicking the 'Barter' button for Reputation Tomes at the Skirmish Camp a couple of months back, before their price went up...

So if you need a few dozens to save you from excessive brain damage, lo-call Siggar!

Yours Best ;)
